The DRAHEIM TRÄGER was first developed for this project. The 40 cm thick prestressed concrete planks and the DRAHEIM TRÄGER each span 12.50 m in the shopping center with a traffic load of 1000/750 kg / m². The DRAHEIM TRÄGER have a construction height of only 860 mm and have approx. 3 m² openings for ventilation ducts and other technical building equipment.
