In the extension for the senior center in Unger-Leben am Wald, the use of DRAHEIM TRÄGERN in combination with 20 cm high prestressed concrete ceilings made it possible to create a bright 360 m² meeting and lounge room. Thanks to the DRAHEIM TRÄGER, no disturbing interior supports were needed in the room. The use of the carrier also enables a maximum clear room height. The ventilation technology can be routed through the large openings in the carrier level without conflict; additional suspensions for the technical equipment are not required. Due to the large load-bearing capacity of the DRAHEIM TRÄGER, large openings for dome lights can be arranged in the ceiling while being used as a roof terrace and green roof.
