CONFIGURATOR beamUp

The configurator allows the pre-dimensioning of many practical applications of the beamUp. If your carrier cannot be measured with the configurator, we will be happy to help you.

The beamUp can generally be installed in a reinforced concrete beam that has been designed and dimensioned according to the rules of construction.

You need the statics of the bar to use the configurator. When using the configurator, the internal forces (M and V) must be entered at the gate to the beamUp.

The tool measures the beamUp and verifies the connection of the beamUp to the concrete cross-section.

The beamUp is verified independently of the static system of the beam (multi-field or single-field beam; type of support).

Notes

  • The beamUp is verified according to the Eurocode.
  • The beamUp is verified on the condition that the reinforced concrete beam has already been verified according to the rules of construction.
  • The configurator considers the verifications in the ultimate limit state. For compliance with the deformation in the serviceability limit state, it is assumed that the deformation limits of the pure reinforced concrete beam are adhered to.
